Terms of Use for Patterns From Tallgrass Leatherworks

The artwork patterns I sell in this price range are intended for leather craft hobbyists, independent leather artisans, or small leather work shops that make their items primarily by hand, either for their own use, or for sale to the public. They are not intended for use by companies that mass produce items for sale on a large scale, nor are they intended for use by any commercial interest that develops products to outsource for manufacturing and/or fulfillment. To that end, this pattern file is sold to you on the following conditions that are agreed upon at the time of purchase:

• You may use the artwork included in this pattern file (“the artwork”) to make items for your personal use, and/or items that you sell.
• To curb mass production of items bearing the artwork contained in this pattern, each copy of the pattern carries a recurring monthly production limit of no more than 20 items per month, indefinitely. (I.e., you don’t have to keep buying copies every time you make 20 items to sell. It’s just a monthly limit.) You can raise your monthly limit by purchasing more copies of the pattern, up to 100 items per month.
• The artwork is royalty-free and attribution-free.
• You may include your own branding on items you make using the artwork.
• The artwork may be placed on any type of leather item you make, with the exception of anything that is used for illegal purposes, or contains other artistic content that meets the legal definition of obscene or defamatory.
• You may sell items containing the artwork in any marketplace or on any online selling platform you wish.
• Purchasing this pattern does not give you digital rights to distribute the pattern itself, in any form that would make it possible for other people to reproduce the design on items they make. This includes not only printed or digital copies, but any form of reproduction that allows other artists to reproduce the design on items they make, such as, say, a leather stamp.

All the content in my patterns is only for use by people who have a legally purchased copy. No part of it may be distributed to others in any form. It may be printed as many times as necessary to allow for its intended use as an artwork pattern for leather work. No hard copies, digital copies, or other media containing any of the contents of this pattern may be shared or distributed, by any means or through any sharing platform, or in any form, without explicit permission of the copyright holder.
